Summary: Only complaint, rooms are a bit small but other than that, everything was great. A real bargain for what is there and how close it is to Cedar Point!

Summary: Walked into our room smelling like terrible mold. I had my 3 yr old grandson. No way was I staying in there. Manager tried telling me they are booked & she can move me to Express Hotel down the road and we’d have to go back n forth to the waterpark. The guy checking me in gave me the option of what room I wanted. There were plenty to choose from. I told her that. I shouldn’t be the one moved when I arrived at 4:00 and people would be checking in much later after attending Cedar Point. She finally moved us but never said sorry for the inconvenience or the very moldy room. She was very rude. The rest was very nice. My kids and grandson had a good time. All the activities for the kids at all hours of the day, were fun. The night dances were a lot of fun for kids and everyone around us enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet was GREAT!! So many options to choose from. We were very happy. Did not taste like hotel breakfast food, which we thought it would. For the price with 5 waterpark passes was awesome!!!!

Summary: The idea of a water park near Cedar Point as well as sports complex was great. The hotel itself was dirty and poorly maintained. Front desk offered to change stained bedding as well as mattress. Housekeeping brought us new bedding but didn't remake anything and mattress, crumbs and stains, remained. There was trash found all over. It was messy. We had to stay but it will be our last.

Summary: The check in process was terrible, it took 4 hours to get checked in and into one room, they made us wait longer for our other room. Then the rooms smelled musty and like sewer. The sheets had stains, and the beds are so hard it feels like you are sleeping in the floor. Feels like a motel rather than a hotel.
