Positive: The check-in staff went above and beyond to return to the site after hours (8 or 9 PM) and help us get settled due to a mistake with a USA phone number and no credit card on file to take the deposit with. They handled what could've been a seriously annoying issue promptly and with complete professionalism and courtesy.
Summary: Fantastic place to say with a family. Quiet, away-from-it-all. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Positive: The location was nice and quiet, shops were a short drive away. The hot tub was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!
Negative: Don't really have anything to put here, it ticked all the boxes.

Positive: The stay was gorgeous, I booked it for my mam and gran for Mother’s Day! They loved it
Negative: The actual lodge was covered in dog hairs!! I have taken a video of the dog hairs that were all over the bed it was even in the dishes and plates. When I booked with booking.com i was made aware it was pet friendly but I still expected it to be clean. Was very disappointed. (Stayed in lodge 16)
