You will enjoy staying in our guest home we have named "Cedar Villa". This is beautiful and nicely furnished two bedroom, two full bath, mobile home. Whether you are just wanting to get away for a few days or looking for a short term rental, this is the place where you can relax. We offer a fully equipped kitchen as well. We have everything you need to make your stay a perfect one. You can interact with my wife and I, or have all the privacy you desire.
On our property, we have a stocked catfish pond with a fishing pier (no fishing license required on private property in the State of Texas). We have a half of mile of well maintained hiking trails and beautiful trees. You will see all forms of wildlife and birds including whitetail deer.
To make your stay a memorable one, barbeque grills, propane cookers, ice chests and picnic table are always available for you to use free of charge.
We have a 42 inch flat screen television with DISH Network. We also have a blue-ray player with a nice selection of family friendly movies. For your listening pleasure, we have a stereo that you can plug in your favorite device. You will have access to unlimited high speed internet. We also have a desk for the business traveler.
This is a no-smoking facility. Feel free to smoke on the front or back porch. This is also a pet-free facility. We will do all we can, to make your stay here a pleasant one.

Summary: Traveled to Texas to visit family and couldnt find much in the area for hotels. So glad we found this place just outside of town. Very well groomed property and very clean. The pond is gorgeous!

Summary: The Corbett's villa was everything the the picture and details described. They have a beautiful property with winding trails great for the kids and adults alike,my children adored the nature walk. Trails are very well marked and easy to navigate,the pond is in stunning and the entire property is very well kept. Check in was super easy,but the owners were by far the truest definition of southern hospitality. They were very accommodating and quick to offer any help we needed. They even shared their own playground/ clubhouse for our older children to play on. We had exactly what we hoped for a quiet country escape. It was truly a blessing to stay here,and we will definitely be back sooner than later.. thank you guys so much..God bless.

Summary: The house and property are very clean and comfortable! The hosts are gracious, live on the property, but are not overbearing or intrusive. In fact we really enjoyed meeting and getting to know them. A very kind and inspiring couple. Truly enjoyed conversing with them. Felt very safe and at home. Enjoyed local restaurants, especially Jake’s Steakhouse. Great price for a wonderful weekend!!

Summary: Could not have asked for a better or cleaner place to stay. The Corbetts had everything from soap to trash bags to all cooking utensils supplied and ready to use. The entire process from beginning to end was flawless and they will be the first people I contact if I ever make it out to East Texas again. Wonderful stay!!!
