Summary: My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at the studio. They were in town for a funeral and was able to have a restful stay. The studio had everything needed. A quiet and peaceful area. Joseph was a great host with great communication, and check in. Would highly recommend.

Summary: A wonderful stay here in Lufkin. Joseph was a great host with great communication caring for our every need. Check in was great, and a quiet peaceful neighborhood near everything. Our Kids were here for several events and this provided the perfect getaway for them. Hope to be guests again in the future.

Summary: Second time staying here and nothing has changed. This place is spotless and plenty of room to feel relaxed unlike a hotel room. Joseph was a great host looking forward to booking again on my return to Lukin.

Summary: This property was excellent for my 3 night stay. Located in a nice neighborhood. I felt safe the whole time. The studio was very clean and smelled great! The bed was comfortable. No bathroom sink, but kitchenette sink right outside the bathroom door. The property was very quiet, which was a plus. But the best part was the rate. I usually stay in a hotel when i come to visit my family, but being Easter weekend, hotel rates were outrageous. I stayed 3 nights at this property for what the hotels wanted for 1 night. I would gladly stay here again in the future! Thank you Joseph!!

Summary: The host is quick and helpful with responses. The room is very clean and offers lock security. As a woman traveling alone, it puts my mind at ease. The host offers some amenities just in case you forget one or two things, very helpful for a forgetful person (me). Overall, it's a very nice place to stay. Will be rebooking!

Summary: This was a great place to stay for a few nights while I was in town for work! Very clean and well appointed! Very important to me, it was exceptionally quiet, with great wifi so I could take Zoom meetings and get work done when needed! The location was great for all my local business. Host made themselves available if needed but otherwise provided the appropriate privacy. I will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises! Thanks for a great stay!
