Summary: Stayed here for the NCAA National Championship. Great location, easy to get to and easy to get downtown and out. We rented a car versus relying on Lyft which can be a nightmare after a major sporting event. Host was super responsive and easy to work with. The house is depicted correctly. Three floors with lots of room.

Summary: Overall, the house was nice and clean. There are 3 floors in this home. The second floor needs better curtains for both bedrooms b/c the street light right outside the window shines too bright into the rooms making them both very bright. There is a little window with no curtain in one of them and the room was so bright, I could barely sleep. Also, there is no regular tv...its pretty much all streaming and when we tried to log into our netflix/directv, neither of them worked either. I called the contact number to ask how to work the tv's and she said she had no idea. My husband tried everything to find a channel that worked where he could watch the game but it never happened. He was very disappointed. Also, there is a lockbox with a key in it for the front door which was not convenient really if you have more than one family staying in the house. (people forget and end up taking the key inside with them and the other party coming in later has to stand there and knock forever) Keyless would work so much better. Nice house....just needs some minor upgrades!

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the house despite a couple of inconveniences. The house was conveniently located to downtown and didn’t take long for us to get back and forth. The parking situation was not the best. The carport and driveway are extremely difficult to get out of based on the high curb and close proximity to the house next door. The beds were comfortable as well although streetlights shined into a couple of the bedrooms at night. House included all necessities which was also very convenient.
