Summary: My husband and I had the loveliest stay here. Everything was perfect, and you could tell that every detail had been carefully considered. The staff were always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our trip. We were especially grateful for the transportation services they provided AND the good food.

Summary: The property is very beautiful and unique, staff was super helpful. The only shortcomings is the breakfast, everyday has the same limited menu.

Summary: Amazing experience at Celestial Valley. The service from pre arrival, to airport pickup, to our 2 night stay, all the way to the dropoff at the station was incredible, everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and friendly. They helped us with everything via wechat and arranged all park tickets and transportation for everywhere we needed to go. The room and views were spectacular, and looked exactly like the hotels.com photos. We couldn’t have imagined a better stay. John in particular was very helpful as he spoke English, but all the other staff too were always able to step in and support right away.

Summary: Exceptional staff, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the mountains, in a very quiet area. An island of peace after travelling through China. They have their own drivers in stand by that charge like Didi. I highly recommend this place.

Summary: View is incredible much better than I ever expected. Room was incredible too, but the best thing about it was the staff, especially Mido, who went the extra mile doing things way out his convenience for us to make our stay extra special by arranging food at inconvenient times aswell as arranging transfers to and from attractions.

Summary: This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. I rarely give reviews but the staff here are deserving of recognition. Absolutely one of the best places I've stayed.
