Positive: Location was close to Shopping Mall and food markets .Nice lobby bar to go down for a drink .

Negative: The only complaint is the lack of English TV channels as I only found one .I have stayed at this hotel a few times so little bit disappointing to see no change here .

Positive: The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast offers a good variety of options. The hotel is also very well located, which makes it convenient for getting around. Most of the staff were kind and helpful, except for the receptionist who welcomed us, who was not particularly pleasant.

Negative: However, we were disappointed by the pet policy. The fee for bringing a dog is quite expensive, especially considering that dogs are not allowed inside the restaurant area and must wait outside behind a glass partition/screen while the owners eat. This is something that should have been clearly mentioned in advance. To be fair, after we made a complaint, the hotel gave us a 50% discount on the pet fee for this stay, which we appreciated.
