Positive: The views were incredible. The room was super comfortable and beautiful and spacious. The staff at the spa, front desk and restaurant so nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The views are beautiful from everywhere. Room service was good and fast and yummy. The water is amazing around there and the room we got was way worth the price. The views were incredible.

Negative: Lots of stairs but they have carts to bring the luggage etc & that’s what you get when it’s built in a cliff. The transportation from there and to other places is just by boat and overpriced if done thru the hotel. The high and low tides dictate the extracurricular activities bc it is so extreme there. Theres not an actual sandy beach to hang on but you can still swim and snorkel around there. It’s pretty isolated but super romantic.

Summary: Beautiful place and pricier than most but worth it.

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, very clean, and well cared for throughout. I would especially like to thank Aom, Amp, Nid, Meepooh, and Yannah for their excellent service. They were all extremely friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome during my stay, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Positive: The location was beautiful and the room was decent.

Negative: -Food selection was lacking hence why many of the patrons seek out other options at Saii and the village shops. -Alcoholic drinks were limited on selection and they did not offer any frozen options like they have in the village. -paddle board and kayaks do not have enough paddles.
