Positive: Great location near end of quiet side of Ton Sai beach. Lovely shaded loungers just above beach with great views to Phi Phi Leh & excellent pool area with plentiful loungers. 20 minute walk to Long Beach which is excellent for swimming snorkelling & sunbathing. 10 minute walk to the action. Decent buffet breakfast, comfy beds & pillows. Staff help transport baggage to & from pier.
Negative: Villa’s are pricey but that is Phi Phi. Lots of mosquitoes

Positive: Excellent location with gorgeous views of the sea. While the beach area is narrow during high tide, it is larger than most areas along the stretch and the resorts beach chairs along the sand offer beautiful views beneath the shade of palms. Room was big, comfortable and clean.

Positive: The hotel pool was lovely and quiet and the staff were always helpful
Negative: It felt very dated and our room did not feel very clean. In particular our shower was very dirty. Also we had a deluxe garden view room and our view was simply just a building site
Summary: It done the job but wouldn’t stay again due to the shower and cleanliness levels

Positive: Room was large and spacious. Pool, gym and staff were good.
Negative: Bed was really hard. Room was outdated. Breakfast was really basic. cat hair everywhere too, was like they don't clean the upstairs tables. Whilst not marking them down for location, it really is a bit of a walk jnto town every day, I'm fit and young but would have preferred to stay somewhere closer to town.

Positive: We liked accomodation but the pool had no shade and was shallow so was warm and not pleasant to swim in or refreshing to be in do we only used it once briefly Our bed was also very very firm and although I like a firm bed this was too hard for us. Also just yo note for others this is a NO ALCOHOL resort so no cocktails around the pool. It didnt worry us but for some people that is a part of their holiday experience.
Negative: Proximity to beach. Restaurant opposite resort with views and good food but also NO ALCOHOL served here.
