Positive: Savage location, 5 min walk from train station and you are a walk away from just about everywhere else. The little bar downstairs was adorable and the bar staff were very friendly. Brekki was yummy too

Positive: Location was perfect to go into the City Center. Rooms where basic but did every this we wanted and the bed was comfy. Watch your head if you get a attic room !!Breakfast was nice but small portions and could have been hotter.For the money it was well worth it and would stay again.

Negative: Attic rooms ceiling !!

Positive: Nice people, standard English breakfast, location is 15 mins walk from town centre which is fine. There is also a bus stop outside reaching the Cambridge west site.

Negative: Note that the stairs to the attic room are very narrow, not easy to climb with suitcases, though this was not a big issue for us.

Positive: Lovely staff, very clean room with crisp white bedding, slept like a log. Good water pressure and again brilliant white towels. The breakfast was excellent too. Will definitely be visiting again …

Negative: Bathroom door worked well but needed a bit of TLC

Positive: Perfect for rail station, Addenbrooke’s Hospital and town centre. Rooms are spacious, warm and nicely decorated.

Negative: We were in a room with an accessible wet room for a wheelchair. Maybe that is the reason for a poor shower, I don’t know. Sadly, it was feeble and the water did not drain away properly and crept across the floor. Apart from that, it was a great place and I would recommend if.

Summary: Perfect position, warm and comfortable, nice staff, good breakfast, we would recommend it.
