Gorgeous studio recently refurbished. The apartment has one double queen size bed and one new large sofa bed ideal for another adult or 2 kids. It has high speed wifi and AC. We provide bed linen, towels, kitchen appliances and everything you will need for a great stay!.
It is located in Chamberi neighbourhood, in a quiet area of downtown Madrid, where there are many traditional shops, tapas' bars & theaters. Easy access to the main tourist attractions by foot or underground (3/4 minutes’ walk). Nearest Metro stops are CANAL, ALBERTO AGUILERA and ISLAS FILIPINAS. There is also possibilities to get special rates on public parking depending on the length of your stay.
We have put all our love and efforts to ensure our guests find a "temple of peace" after a long day of touring around the city. Everything is new and very clean as we expect our guests to find the apartment as we would like to find it ourselves.
We try to be as much flexible as possible with check in and check out times. Just ask me and I will let you know about the possibilities.
If you come with a baby we also provide a cradle in case you need it. Just let me know and I will prepare everything before your arrival.

El apartamento se encuentra en la privilegiada zona de Chamberi y esta ubicado dentro del anillo turístico encontrándose a pocos pasos del Faro de Moncloa, desde el que se tienen unas vistas espectaculares de Madrid.
Esta a unos minutos andando de la Calle Princesa con El Corte Ingles y muchas tiendas de ropa, zapatos, etc., el Palacio de la Moncloa, la Plaza de España y Gran Vía, Templo de Debod y el maravilloso parque que lo rodea la "Rosaleda de Madrid" del teleférico para disfrutar de mas vistas de la ciudad que se encuentra a 10-15 minutos caminando.
Muy cerca del apartamento también se encuentra la Ciudad Universitaria, Universidad Pontifica de Comillas y varios hospitales de referencia en el centro de Madrid.
También puedes caminar hasta el Templo de Debod o incluso tomar el Teleférico para ver Madrid desde el cielo!.
Hay varios museos en la zona, como el Museo Sorolla, Museo de América, y el Museo del Traje.
Hay muchos bares de tapas y restaurantes en la zona, panaderías antiguas, tiendas ecológicas, supermercados, incluso un súper 24h. El tradicional Mercado de Chamberi también está muy cerca de la casa. Para salir, la sala Galileo Galilei, mítica en Madrid, ofrece espectáculos de música o teatro casi todas las noches. También los Teatros del Canal a tan solo 5 min ofrecen todo tipo de eventos culturales. Si te gusta el golf, entonces Canal Golf (Green Canal) es tu lugar, y si te gusta el deporte justo al lado encontraras un lugar para practicar deporte al aire libre, que además es gratuito.
Si te gusta caminar, en 15-20 min estarás en la puerta del Sol o los museos El Prado o Thyssen. Si prefieres tomar el Metro tienes varias estaciones (a 3 min andando la de Canal) y otras también cercanas como Islas Filipinas, Alonso Cano, Quevedo, San Bernardo, Arguelles. Puedes decidir en función de que línea te interese tomar.
