Positive: We stayed in this flat with a family group. The size and basic facilities are good. The flat page on Booking states that there is no WiFi, but we can reassure all upcoming guests: there is WiFi. That was a nice plus. What was very good is the large stock of cofeecups in a basket ready for guests!
Negative: If you plan to prepare meals together with your group here, we would like to point out that the cooking material available is extremely minimal. Few (types of) pans, few serving spoons, etc. Communication: if you have questions about the apartment, please do not use the chat or e-mail. Those messages are not read or received - at least they are not answered. If you contact the apartment by phone, however, you will be well served. Furthermore, we found the flat a bit barely furnished, not enough floor lamps, side tables etc. to make it a bit cosy. But that is a matter of taste and that can differ.

Positive: Room exactly as advertised and shown in the photos, it actually looks bigger in person. Party of 8 completely overwhelmed by how spacious and clean it was. Location was excellent, right in the main shopping thoroughfare and close to several tram, underground and overground train services. Keyless check in service was very easy and well organised by the host, who also kept in regular contact throughout our stay incase we required any assistance/information during our time in Düsseldorf. Full marks, would absolutely return to this apartment.

Positive: Great location, spacious apartment with everything you need (dryer/ washing / ps4 ❤️ / luggage storage), code access which made everything so smooth and easy (especially for a group), coffee machine with cups!
Negative: The apartment could have been more cleaned. A lot of dust. The pillows were too big and not designed for sleeping (more like a back support pillow). The cold water sink in the kitchen didn’t work. Overall amazing place but a better cleaning and fresh painted walls would make it 10/10
