Summary: Ideal base for 3 adults to use in Melbourne. Close to train station was very handy. Would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Summary: We have a very comfortable stay in the house that we stayed in. It is very neat and tidy. It is accessible to transport and near the shop too. All the things we need are provided. We would love to rent this place again in case we come back for holiday.

Summary: The property itself felt like a second home and was comfortable with almost everything you need. Great outdoor seating area and a very spacious home. The heating and cooling systems were amazing with the changing weather in Melbourne. Mark was great with prompt communication. The location was great to get to the CBD, malls and freeway. I would highly recommend this home.

Summary: Central and tranquil describes the property well. Sited in a cul-de-sac there was very little passing traffic. Parking off the road was also an advantage. It was also a suitably located place to stay as I was spending almost a week in hospital and my husband found it was an easy drive to the hospital in Fitzroy. The property itself was extremely clean, neat and tidy when we arrived. We found the beds comfortable and the facilities suitable. The TV and aircon easy to use and a couple of nearby parks were great for walking our little dog. There are nearby takeaways and restaurants and the major supermarkets are reasonably close. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean an tidy and have everything that we needed. Location was ideal for what we wanted and was able to accommodate us and our dog with ease. We will certainly look to stay here again next time we are in Melbourne

Summary: A comfy and warm home in Essendon. A helpful host. Not super close to cbd however its not far from the direct train line. Had everything we were looking for and enjoyed our stay.
