Negative: The host was rude. Prior to the date of checking in, the host had reached out asking for us to re-book his property through another service as ‘booking.com charge him too much in fees’. Upon checking he made us feel quite uncomfortable with his welcome, insinuating we would be bad short term tenants and would make him look bad. This seemed to be the host projecting the risk of short term leasing in a majority, privately owned complex. We asked for him to cancel our booking and we would book elsewhere but he refused as it would cost him money to cancel. I would not recommend booking this property.

Positive: Location and views were amazing. Great to have the supermarket and cafes at our doorstep. Owners were super helpful in suggesting restaurants and local spots to check out. We came for F1, transport via uber or trams and buses was pretty easy to sort. Awesome value for money. Loved it and will get back again.
