Positive: Rent og greit sted! Var her i forbindelse med bryllup på Su Tinnes gård så det var god lokasjon og gåavstand

Positive: General hygene and cleanliness was very good. Kitchen was good and quite well equipped. Sitting area was fine. It's a nice apartment and in general we had a nice stay, however some small improvements could make it a lot better.
Negative: The shower did not drain and the washing machine flooded the bathroom. This was resolved by the end of the second day of our stay, after some communication with the host. There is only 1 power outlet in the bathroom. The washing machine needed to be moved away from the wall and the power cord ran straight through the bathroom to reach it, so you couldn't use the toilet and the sink. An extension cord would easily fix this. The host changed the curtains in the bedroom during our stay without notice (while we were out). This was very weird. The first curtains were blackout curtains and kept the sun out very well. The new curtains let through a lot of sunlight in the morning, waking me up at 5am. Some comfier chairs instead of the folding chairs for the kitchen table would be nice.

Positive: A pleasant property on the top floor of a house which appears to have tenants living in the other rooms. The entrance is a bit grubby and there a two floors with very steep stairs to climb in order to access the apartment, but once inside, it was clean and well presented - it had everything I needed. The Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss but the SMART TV worked so that's all that mattered to me (as a solo traveller, this is my evening's entertainment). Plenty of parking and only a short-ish walk into the main town, supermarkets etc. If you have mobility issues the stairs would likely present a problem.
Summary: A pleasant property ideal for a one night's stop-over...

Positive: Despite rather mediocre exterior of the building and its direct surroundings, the apartment itself was modern, spacious, and very well-equipped, including a fully-stuffed kitchen. In particular, I appreciate the full size table, which must have been recently added as its lack was criticised in earlier reviews – this indicates a responsive attitude of the owner (see also below). The wifi worked perfectly. The free parking directly by the property was a further bonus.
Negative: The linen looked unchanged (possibly the fault of the cleaning staff), but when I contacted the owner, he quickly let know when the clean one is stored, and it was not a problem to change it myself. More importantly, the nearby street is surprisingly noisy – although relatively few cars use it, it is exactly the place where some of them speed up at leaving the town centre, so sleeping with the windows open may be problematic.

Negative: No microwave oven. Netfix only worked for 1 night. We may have left a Red T headband, please let me know if it was left there I can pick up when I visit work site next week.
