Negative: The unit is really too small for 6 people. The single chair bed, which my 14 and 12 year old grandchildren were to sleep on, were too uncomfortable so they slept on the lounge chair and a mattress we found in a wardrobe. We received one set of keys when the information book stated two sets of keys. The unit may have been Paris chic some years ago but is looking a little tired. The lounge chair had a rip in one of the cushions, plates were chipped, broken lamp base in one bedroom and if set up for 6 people then you need more than 3 cereal bowls.
Summary: Great location, close to restaurants and transport. Would recommend for couples.

Positive: Location was great. Agent was responsive to a few car park issues. Good facilities for a week at a reasonable price
Negative: Unit needs repairs and maintenance. Cleaners didn’t properly clean and tidy unit but agent apologised and they returned.

Positive: It was really cute and cozy, loved the layout of the place and that it was very secure and felt safe.
Negative: The shower had a leak but the staff were amazing and very helpful. A bit annoying with the key set up and parking, very confusing but the staff were amazing at guiding us and helping us.
Summary: Great little getaway, the staff were very helpful and the place was very comfortable and in a great location

Positive: Lovely airy interior with a view of nearby city buildings from balcony. Glamorous foyer and a swimming pool and sauna. Great security from elevator through a series of doors operable with the key, fob and, if driving, a card. Dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer were good and easy to use.
Negative: Instructions could definitely be improved re finding and operating the secret lockbox. You would never know to flip open the #5 mailbox by inserting fingers at the top and flipping the door towards you to see the secret black screens of the lockbox inside to enter the code they give on the day. Spent some hot hours in the afternoon till we figured it out with helpful Jake on the phone Need many fewer pillows! More towels! I'd suggest adding a practical table-height bench in the open space as the front bedroom is too cramped to open luggage. (Or empty the spacious bedroom closet, currently filled with pillows etc, and put a long bench the width for sorting the clothes you can't hang). The pipes in the building do emit a funny mournful cry when you use the hot tap in the shower...

Negative: The bathroom was dirty. The shower was very tight Only the 1 bathroom and toilet in that space. Too much unnecessary clutter Advertised as a 6 bedder, but 2 beds were terrible foldouts in the lounge. One had broken legs. Only 1 entry key (but caters for 6 people) To reach the front door of the apartment was a journey through the building.
Summary: Great location but not a great accommodation space.

Positive: The furnishings. Comfy beds. Great location.
Negative: No milk. Some things needed fixing or replaced. (especially toilet roll holder and cutlery drawer. Bathroom could've been cleaner. There was mould. Also a pair of knickers on floor tucked beside washing machine. Floor quite dirty both sides of washing machine.

Positive: Such a good location, walkable to anything in the CBD, and able to catch free trams in the CBD district. The apartment had good pool and gym facilities. Amy was a helpful and instructive host. Gave clear pick up instructions without bein goverly intrusive.
Negative: Furnishings were a bit run down. For example, the living room couch beds tended to collapse on their own. Cleaning could have been better - there was significant dust and debris under the couches and beds.
