Positive: The staff are very friendly, though they're often distracted by their phones. Rooms are large with nice balconies. The location is very good and close to everything.
Negative: The beds are solid. I've been coming here over many years and it's starting to look a little tired and in need of maintenance. Some of the room amenities didn't work, quite dirty in areas.

Positive: Everything with the exception that there are frogs and other uninvited animals roaming around the hotel. Apart from that everything was great and the staff made up for any shortcomings.

Positive: I loved everything – the room was spotlessly clean, bright and tidy; the staff were always attentive and friendly; the breakfast options were good; everything was delicious the pool was amazing
Negative: The water was never cold, but I suppose that was because the weather was hot. Sometimes the water from the shower and the sink tasted and smelled of earth.

Positive: Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Nice cosy hotel, suitably away from the hustle and bustle of the town.
Negative: Lighting in the room could be improved, especially in the bathroom.
Summary: We spent a relaxing few days in the Hotel.

Positive: The pool area is lovely. There is always a member of staff so you can get drinks or food any time you like. The loungers are comfy
Negative: Mostly good. One small improvement would be to get more pool towels. If you arrive at the pool in the afternoon there aren’t any. The laundry arrives about 6pm and then towels are available again
Summary: Lovely welcoming hotel, we stayed 6 nights and were very comfortable
