Positive: All basic necessities were provided. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were satisfactory, albeit up two flights of stairs.
Negative: NO AIR-CONDITIONING! It was 92 inside the house and only 3 small fans for 2 stories. Most windows don’t open. The toilet paper is worse than any gas station I’ve ever been to. The complimentary coffee creamer was curdled (of course, it was 92 inside). There was only one pillow per person on the beds. Vacasa gave lip service but didn’t deliver on any of their promises to improve comfort. Was promised fans twice and never got them. The parking spot is ridiculous and the driveway difficult to maneuver.

Positive: The location was easy to get to things in the city! The house was also set up well for a family with the twin beds and plenty of bathrooms.
Negative: We went during a heatwave and the house does not have a/c or fans. It was incredibly hot and made it very difficult to sleep/just be in the house. There also appeared to be a tenant downstairs? I would have liked to have known this information before staying with my family and young kids. Heads up for anyone with a larger vehicle, the parking next to the house is tight.

Positive: A comfortable spacious living room with modern aesthetic fully-fitted kitchen. Two bathrooms and one very useful guest bathroom.
Negative: Not great views. When we arrived the heat pump was blowing cold air, no instructions left and the house was cold. We called Vacasa for advice. The entrance code stopped working after 2 days and the padlock to get the emergency key was damaged. The other guest staying in the house with me was expecting delivery that he couldn’t receive because apparently when UPS attempted delivery they left a note that the house was vacant. Only later we found out that there was a letter box outside the property. The mattress in both bedrooms were very soft and we were sinking in the bed
