Enjoy the very best in resort style living in this luxurious Mildura accommodation!
This spacious home will comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests, ideal family friendly accommodation. Consisting of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This stunning home offers 2 spacious living area’s, a large dining area that opens out to a 8x4 metre pool and outdoor entertaining area and BBQ facilities. (Please note the spa attached to the pool is not operational)
Central heating and evaporative air conditioning will ensure your stay is very comfortable.
The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, 600lt fridge/freezer, cooktop, oven and offers everything you need at your fingertips. Tea and coffee facilities also provided. The laundry comprises of a washing machine, clothes dryer, clothes airer, ironing board and iron. The house is child friendly with loads of toys, games and books for the children to enjoy. Free Internet use.
The backyard comprises of a 12’ enclosed trampoline and a large children’s cubby house. There are many outside toys to entertain the children.
Safe secure parking with a double lockup garage with remote control.
This property is walking distance to Mildura Central Plaza. Perfect for families, large groups and ideal for corporate retreats. It boasts the very best in resort style living.

Summary: Extended family and friends gathered to spread my son’s ashes in Mildura, difficult as this was having central haven as our base for 3 nights supported our gathering providing excellent facilities clean, well equipped multiple areas for socialising inside and outdoor the kitchen made it easy to prepare all our meals, comfortable bedrooms and having 2 toilets and bathrooms supported a house full of people.

Summary: Nice house in a central location in a quiet neighbourhood. Walkable to shops (1km) and CBD (2.5km). Pool and outdoor space is awesome. Lots of great amenities for kids. Layout of house is a little strange, especially with locked unused rooms. Property does not have a gym as claimed in ad.

Summary: Nice property but I thought we were getting reverse cycle Airconditioning. Was gas heated which kept cutting out. Instructions re car port door and gas heating would have been helpful. Family had a good time. Especially the children.

Summary: We had the most amazing time, the kid's loved the pool from sun up to sunset, adults were relaxed sitting under the verandah watching the kids. The facilities were great and the size of the property was fantastic, everyone had their own space to retreat to at the end of the day. We will be definitely booking this holiday again. Thankyou for a great family holiday.
