Positive: Needed a small apartment for a three day stay to meet family. Apartment was a studio apartment and as we were not planning on meals in the room ideal for us. Easy to access keys. Lift to our 1st floor. Parking at the door. Bed very large and comfortable. Room very quiet. Bathroom large and well appointed. Had all the facilities in the room which was serviced daily. 100%. Would book again. If you needed a larger room they are available on the same floor.

Negative: We had booked two bedroom apartment for two adults two kids , I ask for twin beds in second room. There was 1 king bed in kids room when we arrived which we had to separate in to 2 singles . We were then charged $40 for doing this on our credit card . We had already paid $1300 for 3 nights . This was a blatant money grab. There was no reception or any onsite communication and the apartment was on the second floor of a day hospital which was strange. We arrived at night time which made it hard to check in and find our room.
