Summary: Great location. Very accessible to the main shopping strip and easy walk to the Bund. The hotel has a classic grand feel to it. Check in took some time, they will hold bags until check in time (which they are strict with unless you pay extra for early check in). The room was spacious and considering the age, was very clean. The bed was comfy. There was no bad smells. We included breakfast with our stay, there was a decent selection of hot Asian dishes as well as the usual bread, eggs, bacon, salad bar. The food was pretty meh but saved us going out each morning

Summary: It was great 4 night stay with great breakfast and close to metro 2 lines.

Summary: Great stay. Only problem is that room #1019 has very strong smoke smell. They changed it to room 1116 which is good even though down grade. There was no offer for credit of different charges.
