You can easily find it from Google map or your Gps. It's a few minutes’ walk distance from Hamilton Lake Domain and not far from Central City.
You can see the beautiful Lake Domain views from one of the bedrooms and hall. From the master bedroom you can see parts of the Hamilton Central City.
A few minutes walk gets the kids playing at the top ten adventure play ground, and a lovely calming 3.5 km walk around the fresh water lake sets you ready for your days adventures.

Summary: Property is spotless. Right on the lake. Walk, drive, or Uber to a bunch of great restaurants. One hour from Waitomo Caves. Less than one hour from Hobbiton. Hamilton Gardens is very impressive. Perfect.

Summary: Two friends, my husband and I stayed in this perfect townhome for a week while we were in town for a dragon boat festival at Lake Karapiro (about 30 minutes drive away). The home was beautiful, had everything we needed and provided a wonderful location for our stay. The home is right across the street from beautiful Lake Hamilton, so easy to take a morning or evening stroll and a short (15 minute?) walk to town for morning coffee or dinner. The home had everything we needed -- even fresh milk in the fridge for our morning coffee. If I am lucky enough to return to New Zealand, I would happily stay again!
