Positive: The host is friendly and helpful. The city center is within walking distance, and there is a metro station nearby. A mini-market is just around the corner. The apartment is spread over two floors, which gives it a special character. The kitchen has all you need, including a washing machine.

Negative: The apartment has a clear humidity problem. Further, it is not really quite: You can hear almost everything the neighbors are doing or saying, there is active construction work across the road, garbage collection after midnight, and the apartment is located under the airport’s flight path, which is quite annoying. I would not stay there again.

Positive: I really liked the space and the mezzanine, the apartment is perfect for two, we had everything we needed and i really appreciated the italian coffee machine , paulo was very kind and friendly. Was nice he could speak a perfect italian! Liked the two bathrooms and the furniture. The bath tub was not there anymore but instead there were two new spacious showers!

Negative: there was a bit of dust in some spot but nothing particularly serious. the apartment was a bit out of town but still well connected

Positive: The host met me at the door and was very kind. The place was very spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and we felt comfortable. The photos, and all details in the loft gives it a very home like feeling. Also great location to walk to metro or down to city.

Negative: The Appartment has a humidity problem and strong smell of mould. The open staircase to the mezzanine without a rail requires guests to have a good balance and no freight of heights.

Positive: We got a great welcome and some excellent tips for restaurants. The place looked very atmospheric but the smell of mold was just too much. Also, the bed has a very tough mattress so we ended up sleeping on the pull-out sofa. Good location.
