Summary: Upon arrival their was one guest in front of me at the desk. The attendant addressed me asking if I was with Amtrak to which I replied no, I have a reservation. He continued to assist the guest in front of me while I waited several minutes. When finished, he referred me to the kiosk where I could have completed my check in without the wait. The hotel also placed a security deposit hold on my account for larger than the price of the room and larger than the amount specified on the kiosk at check in. I still have not received the

Summary: The staff members were outstanding. They switched our daughter and granddaughter, who had booked separately, to a room close to ours without having to ask. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The in-room coffee was excellent. This hotel will be at the top of our list on future trips to Chicago.
