Summary: Lovely quiet building in a great location. Short walk to many restaurants the old quarter and the promenade. Minutes from the train station. It has all the conveniences of home. There are large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living/dining room. There are doors both front and back and there was always a lovely breeze from the Sea.The hostess was very obliging and continued to assist us even after we had departed in retrieving an item lost in an Uber.

Summary: Our host Roxanne got in contact from the moment our booking was confirmed and got in touch again in the days leading up to our trip. She is awesome. Super friendly, always available and quick to help us resolve any concerns we had. She also gave us many recommendations of the local area. The apartment was lovely, in a 1920s apartment block with large windows and doors, high ceilings and plenty of space for our family of 5. The location was perfect for us, a short walk from everything we needed but far enough away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the central area. Thank you for having us! 😊

Summary: My husband and I and another couple stayed 4 nights in this property. It was a great location, with easy access to the train station and of course many restaurants, shops, bakeries. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Roxanne was wonderful and so very helpful! She made sure we were happy and comfortable! A bonus was the elevator…which we took full advantage of. Roxanne sent us many recommendations and clearly went out of her way to be an excellent host! We had fun talking to her about many subjects! We will recommend to friends & family and would stay here again. We also took a few day trips which we enjoyed as well. Thank you!

Summary: This apartment is truly wonderful as is reflected in prior reviews. Blvd Victor Hugo is one of the grandest boulevards in Nice. Convenient and yet quiet, you can walk to most attractions including the Promenade. The apartment is spacious, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The large kitchen has modern appliances and a full size refrigerator. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable one we have ever encountered in a vacation rental apartment. The icing on this delicious cake is the property manager Roxanne. She is friendly, efficient, caring and an absolute joy to work with. Communication prior to and during our stay was excellent. This apartment is a gem as is its management. If you plan to visit Nice, you should book it.

Summary: Absolutely great location, quiet neighborhood, good access to parking, great access to the beach and the restaurant area, Incredible shopping. Everything so close. This is where you want to be. I felt safe walking by myself all the time. There are plenty of little parks all around the area to stop and take a break. We are planning to go back and this is where we want to stay.

Summary: Apartment is very well located, short equidistance walk to Promenade and train station, and close to area with great selection of restaurants, yet on a quiet pleasant boulevard. Apartment itself is charming, bright, roomy and very clean. All beds, including the sofa bed are very comfortable. Air con works well if you keep the bedroom doors closed. Roxanne (host) is wonderful. Very responsive, friendly, helpful - everything you could want from a host. Would have no hesitation in staying in this, or any other of her apartments again. Don't hesitate in booking this place, you won't be disappointed!
