Summary: The condo decor is beautiful and it has everything you need within reach. If you are allergic to mold or mildew this is not the condo for you. We spent our few hours in the condo cleaning to remove sand and other items on the floor and other surfaces. The condo is in need of a deep cleaning. The bedroom tv will come on but nothing can be watched as the internet and Wi-Fi are not strong enough to even obtain free channels and the owner has the firestick. Several calls and texts were made to the management office and their continued response was we are working on it and will be in touch. We never heard anything else from them except for the same response. I’ve stayed at the Sea Cabins for over 10 years in different units and this was by far the most disappointing one. A little elbow grease, maintenance and communication go a long way!

Summary: This condo has everything a small family like ours needs, (4 of us, kids are 8 and 3). It’s so cute and has everything you need to cook in and chill for movie night. We had a smooth check in and check out. The condo sits patio facing the beach with a quick walk to pool or beach (pool is not heated) We loved being able to walk to everything, restaurants, shops, park, even Harris Teeter. It was a fantastic stay. Vacasa was attentive to any needs and we would definitely book again here. Perfect for a couple wanting a beach vacation. We might have to size up to a bigger condo for next year’s trip with kids.

Summary: We were a little hesitant to stay at the sea cabins after reading negative reviews of other units, but our place was great. Easy check in process after hours was smooth and easy. The view of the ocean was beautiful! The pool was also very nice but the water was very cold due to it being match. However, we were thankful it was open so our teens could still tan poolside and loved it. A heated pool would be a plus in March but we understand a heated pool in the summer would not be necessary. Thank you Vacasa for the great stay and we hope to return again!

Summary: Property had clearly been recently updated and was clean. Beds and furniture were comfy. They have made great use of somewhat limited space! We were able to put the bedside bassinet at the foot of the bed, but I’m not sure a pack n play would fit. Our family of four stayed comfortably for 2 nights. What is lost in size is made up for in location! This condo is oceanfront which was perfect for a newborn’s first trip to the beach, and was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I also liked that it is a corner unit right next to the steps! Check in and out was a breeze. Clean, safe, and so cute. We would definitely stay here again!
