3 Bedroom House in Murtoa

Centrally located home in Murtoa, across the road from Lake Marma which every bedroom has views of.
Directly across the road is the Murtoa caravan park, and the local sporting club which includes a Netball court, and a football/cricket oval aswell as a playground. A perfect location to bring the family and keep the kids entertained for hours.
Lake Marma also offers a boat ramp for recreational use such as water skiing or fishing.
The house consists of split system air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and lounge room area, two driveways one which has undercover parking for a single vehicle. We have an undercover outdoor area with table and chairs and BBQ. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware for all your cooking needs.
We will also supply some coffee, tea, sugar and milk for a night or two.
The 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom home consist of-
1 X queen bed
1 X queen bed
2 X king single beds
2 single floor mattresses available upon request.
All sheets and towels are supplied.
While Murtoa is only 25 minutes from Horsham, and 55 mins from Halls gap in the Grampians, it is also home to the major tourist attraction being the heritage listed stick shed and the newly painted silo art. A short10 minute drive, brings you to Rupanyup, the start of the well attracted silo art trail also.

Summary: This was a very comfortable and well located property opposite the lovely Lake Marma in Murtoa. Just what you need if you're looking for some quiet time out with you're family and mostly yourself. Super clean and tidy with all the amenities you might like or need. Highly recommended

Summary: The property itself was fantastic, yard is huge and house was spacious and clean. AC/heater & fan in every bedroom. Location was perfect with three kids playgrounds, public tennis courts & other facilities under 5min walk away. Check in/out super easy. Had a great stay.

Summary: Firstly, communication - what a pleasure to deal with Lucy and Karl. We will be back. Secondly - their home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, the rooms are extremely clean, bedding such a good quality, clean and fresh. All bedrooms have fans and s/systems. The bathrooms are clean and fresh, complete with good towels. The kitchen has everything you need. The lounge, comfy and cosy with a beauitful view and outback, a lovely lawn with table and chairs to enjoy the peaceful ambience of the place. We stayed for two nights, next time, hopefully a little longer. Nothing was too much trouble for these amazing hosts. Thanks Lucy and Karl. Till next time!

Summary: This property was extremely comfortable , clean with beautiful manicured lawn front and back garden. Lake was just across the street and had views of it from bedrooms and lounge room . Great outdoor area Communication with Karl & Lucy was outstanding . This accomodation I would highly recommend to enjoy your stay in Murtoa . Short walk to a cafe, great coffee, home made sausage rolls along with yummy cakes and slices . Thanks again Karl & Lucy for providing a welcoming home away from home .
