Positive: This neighborhood is smack in the middle of Center City, meaning it's kind of equidistant from all the things you'd want to do. I'm a walker, so it's not a problem for me, but my mom is older so we ended up getting a lot of Ubers. The neighborhood is MUCH quieter than other areas of the city, though, which is a big plus. The area is also super safe and family friendly. Honestly, if you don't mind a little walking (and I do mean just a little), this is a perfect location. The house itself is truly lovely - a Center City gem. Modern, neutral decor, a nice kitchen, and well cared-for. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were a generous size. Bathrooms were immaculately clean. I would definitely recommend this space to a friend.

Negative: The rental needs some sprucing up. There were bits and pieces falling apart - for example, one of the toilet paper holders literally came off the wall while I was using it...little stuff like that. The kitchen cabinets could have used some extra cleaning, but all in all the place was clearly well-kept and in great shape. I also didn't like that the beds didn't have mattress pads and the pillows didn't have pillow covers (underneath the pillowcase, over the actual pillows) - that gives me the "ick" and it's not sanitary.
