· No smoking. No pets. This will result to an extra fee
· Any disturbance that causes police to come to the unit will result in a fee between ($100 to $500)
· Please keep quiet outside after 10PM as it’s a residential area
· Please ensure to not place any hot pans on kitchen quartz counter tops it will ruin it and cause permanent damage use pads that have been provided.
