Positive: It's a well-appointed and spacious apartment. Elevated location, with a lift from the ground floor. There was a nice view of enclosed communal garden at rear. Convenient for city transport and main line trains. floor. Quiet, even though it was right next to tram station.

Negative: There was no really comfortable armchair. There were no shelves or coat hangers in the bathroom.
