Positive: The location was perfect, literally across the road from the train station. The apartment is well equipped with all the amenities and is a comfortable spot for business or leisure.
Negative: It can be a little noisy at night if you like to sleep with the windows open, but nothing you can't overcome!

Positive: Location of the property was next to the train station and next all you can eat restaurant. That was exactly what we where looking for.
Negative: It was wery difficult to communicate how we will get keys, and event upon arrival at the door no instructions or idea what to do if someone will come to give you keys. We where standing at the front door in the heat without understanding should we call booking.com or do what. If you do not read frech that is extreamly difficult, as google translate does not help and if you call a phone number indicated in the booking you will get to the answering machine, ofcourse speaking french.

Positive: Charming apartment with high ceilings and retro style atmosphere. Perfect for relaxation after a hot day in Nice. Within walking distance from most important points of interest in Nice and just perfect for people who like to use the train.Bed was soft, no noise even during the National day of France, hardwood floors and pleasant neutral colors on the walls and charming retro photographs that reminded me of my grandma's apartment
