Summary: My husband and I spent nearly a week in this cozy apartment on the Promenade des Anglais. The windows have a direct view of the promenade and the Mediterranean Sea. There's a cozy backyard for lounging or entertaining. There was a fully-equipped kitchen, along with a washing machine. A drying rack in the backyard came in handy for drying the wash and our bathing suits. Norma, the property manager, was delightful and very helpful with hints about places to see and restaurants to visit. She also pointed out the nearest grocery stores and bakeries, and provided shopping bags and a shopping cart. Towels for the beach were also provided. If we are fortunate enough to return, we will definitely rent here again! Ciao Norma!

Summary: Absolutely recommend this apartment. It is located on the promenade in Nice with a lovely view of the sea. I travelled with three friends and we all had a great time. Stayed her for 5 nights, and wished we could stay longer. Short walking distance to all the sights. Both spacious and cozy. Lovely backyard. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for a good stay. The supermarked is only a minute walk away. The host Norma is so friendly and easy to communicate with. Very helpful.

Summary: The apartment was in the perfect location. We had everything we needed. The only issue we had was with parking. We had a mini van and it didn’t fit in their parking spot. We found a garage for $24 a day.

Summary: Our vacation was made even more wonderful by the location of this lovely apartment! Norma and her husband were very accommodating and saw to our every need during our stay. Centrally located, it was easy to walk to the market down the street or cross the road to the private beach area!! Having available secure parking was a BIG plus as well since we had a car. I look forward to returning again, hopefully in the near future!!
