Summary: Lovely place to stay while visiting Stratford Upon Avon! The host was very responsive and the place was clean with a great location. The laundry facilities could use some updating/fixing, but that did not distract from our great time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Summary: A lovely, clean, exceptionally well equipped home from home. We were a family group celebrating a birthday, with ages between 13 and 83. This house suited us perfectly, especially as my father has problems with mobility. Two bedrooms are downstairs. Every bedroom is ensuite. Kitchen was fully equipped we needed nothing extra. A freshly decorated property, which was very clean. Small garden to sit out in. Ten minutes easy walk to town centre. Small convenience shop a couple of minutes walk away. Good parking, easy to find. And my messages to the host were promptly and fully answered. Cannot find fault. 10/10. Many thanks for helping make a memorable weekend!

Summary: We had a fabulous time There were 8 of us, all adults and we stayed here for 4 nights, the house is absolutely beautiful. Everything you could need and spotlessly clean. As the weather was so hot, we made full use of the garden aswell. The house is in a reasonably quiet road and is within easy walking distance of the town and all the attractions. The host, Emma was very efficient and answered any questions we had extremely quickly. On our arrival we found she had put a few supplies in the fridge and a bottle of bubbly as we were celebrating a couple of birthdays, which was a lovely surprise. Would definitely recommend and if ever returning to the area would look to stay here again. I

Summary: The owner was very available and very welcoming. She left some food (eggs, bread, butter, fruits...) and drinks (bottle of wine, beers..) to welcome us, I've never seen that in other rental. It's really nice. The house is nice, 4 rooms each with bathroom, very convenient! Nice yard behind! I recommend for sure!
