Summary: Building is really old, smells funky. Lots of homeless people in the ally, broken glass in the parking lot, right where we were supposed to park! Water leak in the unit, wish we had been told! Water running under the wall unit, someone left a pile of towels, so assuming the owner knew. Wall was taped up like a crime scene, brown "filth" collecting on the floor, admidst pools of water coming out the side. And the SMELL! Garbage under the sink had old yogurt containers in it and made the kitchen smell sour. Coffee supplies were there, (although very old) but, only a half tablespoon of coffee in the jar. Furniture is quite worn out, allthough it doesnt appear that way in the pics. Kitchen had old paper towels in the drawers for shelf liner. Food left in the fridge. Overall, looks much nicer in the pictures than in real life. No area rug in the living room, likely due to the water leak, but not an inviting environment at all. No check in instructions until 1 hour before check in, so no way to know ahead of time where this unit is. It is also quite warm in the unit as well. No A/C. Not in a desirable area of town. Very embarrassing to take a guest there for a girls weekend! Owners really should have notified us of the water leak, as that wasnt something we were prepared to deal with on the weekend, and with the walls all taped up, not very inviting. Really disappointed.

Summary: This property was extremely conveniently located. It's spacious and would have easily fit my full party (4/5 came). The beds are huge and there's endless storage. The hosts were responsive. When we entered the unit, there was a harsh cleaner smell. The hosts seemed aware as multiple standing fans were on full blast. The smell faded by morning but it was a very off-putting first impression. Many other little things stacked up to make the place slightly uncomfortable. It would improve things so much to fix any combination of these: - Bathroom door creaks very loudly - Bedroom doors doesn't shut fully - Dust on nightstands and other surfaces - Bathroom lights and bedroom lamp flicker - The fridge door makes a LOUD cracking sound every time it opens/closes. The sound here travels in such a way that noises from the kitchen and living area are still very loud in the bedrooms. Every guest was startled multiple times. - Only one fob is available (the hosts were great about letting those of us in who didn't have the fob) and the loop that would attach to a keyring is broken. We were constantly worried about losing it by accident. Other things that were not problems but made us feel unwelcome as guests: - Scratchy towels - HALF PLY TOILET PAPER - Thin uncomfortable utensils - Big closets in the bedrooms but no hangers The Vrbo app is also super buggy. My trip never appeared on the app and I had to contact a customer service agent who gave me the host's cellphone number.

Summary: Stayed here with five friends for a short trip. Conveniently located near Whyte Ave. and MEAT. Only complaint was the heat… no AC and the place was very hot. Otherwise, great!

Summary: I booked this apartment for a weekend for my friend’s birthday and we had the best time ever. The place was as beautiful as in the pictures and really clean. The host was super friendly and professional and he was also really responsive, which we immensely appreciated. Overall I would say it was a 10/10 experience
