Summary: As usual, this is my favourite place to stay when I come to Edmonton for work or pleasure. Staff are amazing and super friendly. Rooms are cozy and beds very comfortable. Location is excellent and close to so many restaurants and shops. Do not waste your time staying anywhere else. This is a fantastic place. Cheers ! Pat

Summary: The staff here are just excellent - many long term employees committed to customer service. We were delighted to see they still have the breakfast offerings with fresh food in a nice relaxing space. The rooms are clean and the decor is almost at the point of being retro. We love the price and the place. And BONUS is the valet parking!!!

Summary: Great breakfast and amazing staff. Some wear and tear in the rooms. Noticeable street noise, did not hinder us from having good night sleep. Hotel also provides ear plugs.

Summary: We stayed in one of the King suites and really enjoyed it….had a jet tub and the shower had the 4 body sprayers. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed it both times we had it. We had the valet parking so never had to worry about parking it down the street ourselves and we set up times so it was always ready waiting when we needed it. The staff were very helpful and friendly and when we got our SUV on our way home they had a little thank you gift waiting in it for us….was a really nice touch. We loved our stay there and will absolutely stay there again.
