Summary: Great hotel nice room airconditioning needs a update as room was so hot! Spoke to the front desk and nothing was done . Room was a lovely 32 degrees celsius. Slept with the windows open and earplugs as the street noise was loud . Bed was very comfortable and it's in a great location recommended staying in the winter

Summary: When in Edmonton the Met is always a top choice to stay it’s right on whyte close to down town, clean and updated. The valet service is easy and convenient and the staff is always helpful. The breakfast is just okay but it’s included and there are a million options outside of the hotel.

Summary: We were upgraded to a king suite and it was absolutely lovely! Check in was friendly and efficient, we borrowed an umbrella when we left for supper. We had a delicious breakfast in the morning. When the valet dropped off our car there was a little thank you package with cookies! This stay exceeded my expectations. I'll be booking here again!

Summary: I booked 2 rooms one for me one for my daughter. Ours was fine. Hers, not so good. A/c not working and it was 32c out, 26 in room. As hotel was full could not move. Staff did try to be helpful by giving a fan but still uncomfortable.

Summary: The hotel had a very pleasant welcoming atmosphere an d the service in all aspects was excellent. The rooms were clean and the necessities such as towels and supplies were all good. The room was serviced for our second day which was appreciated with all clean bath necessities and the beds were made.

Summary: Love this hotel! Great location, great service, excellent breakfast. Rooms are comfortable, renovated and well maintained. We stay here every time we visit our kids at U of A. Love the valet parking as it’s hard to find parking yourself on Whyte. Make sure you allow staff time to get your car as they have to navigate traffic on Whyte - book pick up time ahead.

Summary: Mainly it was the inability to adjust the heating down from what appeared to be 22 degrees. Which forced us to open the sliding door to try to cool the room down, unfortunately it was a warm Saturday night, & the young people on Whyte ave’ were trying to outdo one another for who could be the loudest. This must happen quite often, as the hotel provides earplugs! There were problems with; the TV; the ice machine & the coffee maker. The bed was firm; low & the frame protruded to catch your shins in the dark. Otherwise the buffet breakfast was tasty, & the complimentary valet parking, helped on a busy Saturday night on Whyte avenue.
