Summary: Comfy bed, fabulous service at the front desk and at breakfast the next morning. We used valet parking and when we got into our car in the morning there was a bag of homemade cookies with a little note that said “thanks for staying with us”. The only downside was the music from the bar on the street was pretty loud. Next time we stay we will ask for a room away from the street. We will definitely return!

Summary: The location is great. The staff were amazingly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast included was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. There were always apples at the front desk -- keeping us healthy!

Summary: I asked for an extra blanket because the room wasn’t warm enough, even with the heater on. Unfortunately, the blanket I received had a hole in it, apparently caused by a cigarette. The bathtub drain was also clogged. I reported it to the front desk, but even after two days, it still wasn’t fixed — I had to shower in standing water, which was quite unpleasant. The breakfast options were limited, and the quality was just average, especially considering the price I paid. I’ve been a regular customer at the Metterra Hotel, but after this experience, I’m not sure I want to stay here again.
