Summary: This house accommodated our group nicely, even considering a single bathroom for 4 bedrooms. Very clean, comfortable beds and bedding, and several places for groups to gather and relax. A couple of quirks that were not a problem, such as the open-concept bathroom in the master. Hopefully the owner invests in adequate flatware and dishes for a large group. The location was great - 10 minutes or less to CNU and other destinations.

Summary: This was our second stay at this beautiful home, and it was even better than the first! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect and just as described. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to settle in and relax. The location was great for exploring the area, and communication with the host was fantastic—they were quick to help and made sure we had everything we needed. Summary: Great location and close to the coliseum. Host was pleasent and on top of communication. No major issues for the house but could use the items below improvement: 1. Kitchen was well equiped but somehow was missing a cutting board. 2. The mattress that is in the bedroom on the left when going down the hall is very uncomfortable and the individual sleeping there decided to sleep on the couch instead. On the other hand, the couch is VERY comfortable! Everything else was fantastic and i would definitely rent here again!

Summary: This property was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room and the patio area is great. Summer time would be lovely here. Close to everything you can imagine. A friend was retiring from the Army which is why we were in town.
