Summary: The house was spacious and clean. The view from the backyard was very relaxing. The neighbors were pleasant, and the neighborhood was quiet. The original listing stated that we would have access to the dock, but it was boarded closed when we arrived. That was the only discrepancy within the listing, and it really wasn’t that big of a deal. Vin was very helpful with any questions that we had. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Summary: This house was great! We stayed 7 days and were well satisfied. The location was good and was well within a short distance of many eating places, as well as places to visit. The city is rich with history and the beaches were great. My son enjoyed the fishing in the back yard, and we all loved sitting on the patio and watching the river. We would definitely visit again.
