The large, fenced-in backyard features a cold water plunge pool, Solo stove, BBQ grill, outdoor lounging/eating spaces, and peak-a-boo mountain views. Inside, whimsical yet functional designer touches make one-level living easy in this well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. Dog friendly property just 3 miles from U of A and quick access to the Huckleberry bike path and hiking!

Step outside to our private outdoor oasis, where you'll find a filtered, cold water splash pool. Take a break and relax by the Solo stove or rest in our comfy loungers while enjoying a meal at the outdoor dining table. Grill enthusiasts will enjoy the Ninja outdoor smoker and grill.
Our open concept living room, dining room and kitchen make living easy. You can access your favorite streaming apps or push the TV into the background and out of the way. The star of the show is the wall of windows to the outdoors - indoor/outdoor living at its finest.
We travel with our dogs and welcome your furry companions as well, with advance approval and an addition $125 per stay. We provide "dog sheets" to cover the beds and some of the furniture. Please bring whatever you need to ensure your dog is comfortable and we keep pet hair to a minimum.
Parking is a breeze with a paved driveway, one car carport, and gravel circular drive. We can accommodate 3 cars easily. In addition, we have a 50 amp plug in for your portable EV charger.
Weekly cleaning or laundry may be added at additional cost. Let us know what you need. There is a European style washer/dryer combo for your small load use.
