Positive: The property is really nicely laid out with nice landscaping that matches the local landscape. The property is divided into individual cottage-like units, each with just a few rooms, giving is a nice feel. The rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated - our even had a fireplace. Despite being on a very busy road (which has the benefit of easy access) it is remarkable quiet inside the property. We typically avoid onsite hotel restaurant, but we had to choose Cielos, since the only other restaurant with a decent rating in walkable distance had almost an hour wait. We were very pleasantly surprised by the excellent food and drinks at fair prices - and the service was very attentive .
Negative: We picked this property because it is supposedly in one of Tucson's most-walkable neighborhoods (Sam Hughes) per on-line research - the hotel itself says it's in Midtown Tucson (so not false-advertisement on their part just incorrect on-line information). However, only a couple restaurants are in walking distance plus, as already mentioned, it is on a busy road. However, many attractions are just a short drive away.

Positive: Great location not too far from the University where I was working on a 12 day visit. There is shopping nearby. Very clean and well serviced and maintained. Quiet! Excellent housekeeping. Spacious and relaxing room. Good bed with firm mattress! Really felt like home rather than some generic hotel.

Positive: I loved everything about the property. The rooms are so spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable and I slept solidly every night.
Negative: The shower head was a little too high and it was very strong and hard to adjust for a shorter person. Everything else was wonderful.
