Summary: I had a wonderful time at the property, it had everything we needed for the week and was very close to local shops, restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the lift to get up the mountains. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with views of the mountain in the evening. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in was easy. I recommend this lovely apartment if you are looking for a good value place to stay in beautiful Saalbach.

Summary: Easy to receive the keys and to find the apartment. It is small, but has everything you need, especially in the kitchen. During our stay it was a bit noisy from the early morning onwards, as there were painters with loud music who suddenly appeared on the balcony where we have parked our not so cheap bikes for the night. That was really unfortunate… and the noise was there the whole week. Other than that it is a nice and quiet area. The bed is really small for 2 people (1,4m) and the mattress is very saggy already, but for a shorter stay that’s perfectly fine. The communication was also great.

Summary: Quiet location on the ground floor of a large block. Sun on the balcony in the morning. 5 minute walk from the centre of the village. 2 minute walk to large supermarket. Enjoyed the table tennis, pool and sauna in the basement. We had a lovely time in Saalbach.

Summary: The apartment was great. Lots of space for a studio, and the bonus of the pool and sauna in the building is great. Only downside is that it's an uphill walk to the lifts in the morning, except the Schattberg xpress which is a flat walk along the main road

Summary: Alex S. Pros: + spotless clean + very well equipped kitchen + very good double bed (if you like it soft) + very good internet connection (Netflix run HD smoothly) + smart TV + warm in winter, despite being on the ground level + ski room with heated shelves + quiet (away from the Glemmerstrasse main road and any traffic) + well located (Billa and gas station nearby, ski-bus stop 2 min away, city center/ski lifts 700-900 m away) I wish I could give it 5 stars out of 5, but here is why I couldn't: - room is a bit too cramped if the second bed is unfolded - foldable bed may not be suitable for everyone's back (for me was OK) - pillows are too soft - blankets are too narrow - missing a smaller frying pan - no lid for the big frying pan (oil easily sputters all over the stove top) - only one toilet paper roll (for 10 days) - no spare rubbish bags - dish washing liquid bottle almost empty Also be aware that pool might be swarming with kids - not so convenient for serious swimmers. In any case, I would gladly return anytime without hesitation or thinking. There are minor things to improve and is all manageable. I appreciate very much the time I spent at the property and warmly recommend it to anyone.

Summary: The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped for self catering. Convenient for bars and restaurants in town and eas to access from public transport or via car. We really enjoyed it.

Summary: Had a great stay at this lovely apartment this August.The owner Heike was very helpful and the property was much better than I expected. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a good holiday. Weather was very good so we spent a lot of time on the balcony in the early evenings. I brought my mountain bike and it was very close to the lift to get up the mountains. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are on a budget,but want to be close to the centre of Saalbach.
