There is a spectacular south west view of Vancouver City and the North Shore Mountains from the balcony where you will find a gas BBQ and ample outdoor seating. Each bedroom has its own en suite and the beds are very high quality to be sure of a good sleep. The SeaBus is a 5 minute walk with connections to downtown or the airport (Canada Line) a 20 minute ride. If it is skiing on the North Shore Mountains, hiking or the neon fix of downtown Vancouver, it is all easily accessible from this outstanding location. A 90 minute drive takes you to the world renown ski village Whistler Blackcomb. Summary: Our family of four loved our stay @the Dock. The property was exactly as advertised and provided a lovely respite from busy downtown Vancouver. The house is nicely decorated, clean and well equipped. The North Vancouver location was convenient to visit Grouse Mountain and Lynne Canyon as well. Great stay!

Summary: Lovely location close to everything. Restaurants, transportation (we didn’t even have a car), route from the airport. High-end furnishings and a gorgeous view of the (very quiet) marina and mountains.

Summary: This place is fantastic, the location is superb and the owner has thought of everything. We only left a few days ago and we are missing it already. We will definitely be back and can’t recommend it highly enough. If you are looking for some luxury and peace and quiet this is the place for you.

Summary: We had an awesome time at this very special home. The house is very new construction, furnished with amazng art, and spottlessly cleaned. It has amazing side views of Vancouver from the porch. The kitchen is simply a dream. It is well appointed with top of the line appliances, and every cooking tool or piece of equipment you could EVER wish for. The native themed artwork was majestic, and well thought out. The shades are very cool. They can provide full blocking, or have open space at the top or bottom. Comletely customizable. There is a cool motorized shade for the sun in the afternoons on the porch. The master bed has separate controls, and each person can tilt their head or foot to desired position independantly - and it even vibrated if desired. The marina is serene during the day and night. No raucous party docks here. The chic wall fireplace is gas, and remote controlled. The master bathroom is huge, you could easily fit the entire soccer team in the shower. This was far more elegant and appointed than many VRBO's. It is not furnished like a rental, this is a prized home filled with family memories and special possessions. Location is awesome for accessing the wilds of Whistler, Squamish, and Brittannia beach. Access to points south always involved heavy traffic getting across the water. Things to consider regarding mobility. The parking lot is constantly full, we had to park 100 meters away from gates on several occasions. The parking lot is a long way from the house, maybe 150 meters. The docks are wide, stable, concrete structures, but the tides raise and lower the docks and house as much as 4 meters daily. This causes the ramp slope to be mild to extreme from the parking lots to the water depending on the tide. There is no protection from the elements on the docks, so the trek from you car can require rain gear for the long walk. N. Vancouverseems to be making the turn from industrial to retail rapidly, but the restaurant selections were not as varied as Vancouver proper. The movement of the house at times was unsettling. If you have motion sickness issues on boats, this property is not for you. We have owned and glamped on sailboats, but still felt moderate effects from the waters motion. The house (at times)bobs 4+ inches up and down all day long with winds. I could not imagine a storm being completely pleasant. The feeling of movement followed us off the boat. Overall, this house was AMAZING. 5 STARS

Summary: This home was an easy 5-10 minute walk to Lonsdale Quay, where we rode the Seabus to downtown Vancouver. It was 10 minutes from Capilano Suspension Bridge, 15 minutes from Lynn Canyon and Whytecliff parks. We loved just barbecuing and sitting on this home's deck in the quiet yacht harbor, as it occasionally gently rocked, watching the 2 bald eagles perched not to far away. This home was spacious and comfortable. Special thanks to the homeowners for sharing their home with us!

Summary: We (3 sisters) had an amazing long weekend here. The home feels fresh, clean, spacious, well-equipped and charming. Beds and couches/seating are very comfortable and there was a nice array of supplies in the kitchen/fridge. We loved being on the water and the short ferry ride to the heart of downtown. Navigating the seabus, local buses and train to/from the airport was easy. There are great restaurants, markets, etc. within a short walk. We did not have a car and didn't ever need one.
