Summary: This property was perfect. Easy to check in with Francine, easy to check out also. When we first got there it was super cold from the A/C cooling the house but Francine was on it. We messaged her the first night and she had someone there the next morning to adjust it. She responded to our request very fast. Would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the area. It is convenient to all the stores (Target and Walmart are less than 5 minutes from the house). A safe neighborhood all around. A+++

Summary: 1. The owner, Francine was very accommodating. 2. The neighborhood is very decent and safe with good breeze day and night. 3. The house had everything we needed. airbus very spacious and each room has a television. Good kitchen facilities. The laundry is very helpful. 4. Huge backyard for my two babies. 5. We had our own privacy. 6. Amy and Nancy are fantastic who helped us. 7. We would love to stay there in the future. 8. Thanks Francine for answering all my questions.

Summary: There was no A/C. It’s not listed as having a/c, but it was hot in the house. Ceiling fans in 3 of 4 bedrooms helped but no extra box fans limited the air movement. Due to the house wiring you can’t run the living room and family room fan all night because the other lights in the room can’t be turned off without turning off the fan fixture. The back patio is wonderful for sitting on and enjoying coffee in the morning. It gets a little hot in the afternoon sun but quickly recovers once the sun gets lower to the horizon. The backyard is nice and private. Dishes were minimal. We were a group of 8 and struggled to have enough dishes for us all eat together. There is a dishwasher, so cleanup was easy, but the dishwasher had an oder and we used the last of the detergent with no spare bottle. Due to a small miscommunication there was not enough towels when we arrived but the host quickly rectified that issue. The host was always available and responded quickly to any issues. All in all this was a very nice roomy place to stay. There were 8 of us and it never felt crowded. We were close to shopping and the freeway when we needed to go places. The fenced in backyard was nice since we brought our dog along for the trip. This was a new house to the vrbo market and once a few little inconveniences get taken care of this will be a 5 star place to stay. I would recommend it to any large groups, just know that without a/c it does get warm in the house.

Summary: Great house! Plenty of room on the 2 floors for my whole family (8 of us went) Property owner was super friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Good location for all the things we wanted to do (Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, ect) Bonus out the front window you can see the mountains.
