Summary: The property was exceptionally clean! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great centralized location for Pikes Peak and the Royal Gorge. It is also close to the zoo and Garden of the gods. The host was very easy to communicate with, and we would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had a wonderful experience. Kristina was fantastic. She responded to us in timely manner with any questions we might have had. She is a graceful host. The check in process was seamless.We were there for my son's commissioning and graduation at the USAF Academy. The property was extremely clean and had all the amenities that we were looking for in a VRBO I would absolutely recommend this property and Kristina as a VRBO ambassador.

Summary: This property is very nice. Plenty of room for several people. The host is very pleasant and easy to contact.We would have preferred normal TV, not Roku but we're not familiar with it. Had a great stay!

Summary: The place is really cleaned. Kitchen is well organized. Everything is neat. 1st floor has a powder room, 2nd floor has a large bathroom suite in the master bedroom, and a shared bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Our only trouble was in the first night when we tried to locate the property, our GPS got it wrong and the house number was a bit hard to see in dark. Other than that, our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise from the living room, it was really a surprise when we open the curtain that morning. Communication to the owner was very smooth and efficient.
