Positive: Very good location!!
Negative: The missing door handle, that should be fixed without a question! The smell coming from the bathroom and no racks for the towels near the shower. No daylight but that’s okay if you’re planning to only sleep there.
Summary: It was okay value for the money to be honest but the missing door handle poses a risk in case of fire.

Positive: The AC is good. the provided thing is enough.
Negative: There is no windows. Only one set of keys provided and you need that for open door (no matter inside or outside), no handheld for the door. That is super inconvenience and not good for safety concern. The man can not speak english, and even don't know the opening hour of swimming pool. The pan has scratches, not good to use.
Summary: Fair price and good location.

Positive: In general the place was quite pleasant. It was very spacious with plenty of storage and kitchen facilities and a very secure apartment block. I was very concerned about recent reviews especially in relation to the broken glass door. Once I arrived it was explained and made sense why it has not been fixed sooner. It is not just a simple replacement but hopefully is fixed soon. As it was only two of us the concern was not so bad but I can understand for a bigger group of people the privacy factor is an issue. With these few maintenance issues hopefully resolved soon I'm sure this property will get better ratings again.
Negative: Obviously the glass door issue. Also, there was a bit of a smell from the shower which we alleviated with some of the many cleaning products on site. And yes the front door missing handle is a bit annoying as well.

Positive: Loads of space, modern building, 24hr security, Great air con, very quiet, easy walk from Atocha.
Negative: No door to shower or toilet so no privacy. Some doors to utilities (dishwasher) have come off. Quite an uphill walk to Plaza Mayor.
