Positive: Lovely building with spacious rooms and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. The style of the bedroom and en-suite is done in great taste and the 3 course evening meal inclusive of champagne and wine which we booked in advance, was wonderfully cooked and very good value. We are looking forward to booking next year.

Positive: The property looks really beautiful from the outside and the grounds are very pretty. The setting for dinner was fabulous. The furnishings were not to our taste, however very clean, very up together and lovely lounge with coffee, which was a nice touch. Also has a lift, very useful for anyone with walking difficulties. The hosts are charming.

Negative: I’m sorry to say, dinner was terrible. Shop bought staples, quite tasteless and disappointing. Breakfast was served in a beautiful room, but plastic table coverings let it down. The breakfast options were good. Eggs (the cooked option) poorly cooked. But the rest was nicely presented and nice selection.

Positive: I can’t fault this most beautiful chateaux. The welcome and service was excellent. What a surprise, our room had a sauna!! The food, evening & breakfast were outstanding. Our evening meal was served by Cyril paired with great wines from the local region. Don’t hesitate in booking this chateaux it exceeded all of our expectations.

Positive: The property itself was absolutely charming. It had stunning grounds which were beautifully kept. The rooms and decor were stylish and fun - we loved the enormous horse lamp. We had a delicious dinner on the balcony at the chateau which felt very special indeed. Angelique and Cyril are friendly and generous hosts - we could not recommend this highly enough.

Positive: The chateau is superb. Interior fittings and decor are high quality. Dining and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the gardens was a great experience. The hosts went out of their way to provide great service. Food and wine were great and very reasonably priced.
