Positive: This being our third stay at Diamond Beach, we found it very comfortable as usual. Everything was fine with the exception of the comment below in What we didn't like.
Negative: We were very disappointed with the situation with the TV which we reported to management at CHA. Due to a change to the reception arrangements for the 7 Network we could not access many channels. As a result we actually went out and bought a second hand TV to replace the old TV in the unit! This was less than satisfactory -brickbats to the owners!
Summary: A great place to stay and we'll more than likely be back next year. Just unhappy about the TV.

Positive: The apartment was an excellent size with two bedrooms and a bathroom, along with living room kitchen and laundry on one level, and a very large master with ensuite as well as another bedroom and bathroom on the second level. Multiple balconies. Great having both washing machine and drier as well as 2 drying racks. Pool, spa and BBQ's were all great. 2x pool (one heated, one not) and 2x spas. Great location - easy walk to the beach, shops and public transport.
Negative: Could have been cleaner - especially the balconies. The bathroom tiles are very slippery - some non slip tape and additional bathmats would assist in making this safer, especially in the downstairs bathroom given the size of the room and the level access shower.
Summary: A great space for two famies.

Summary: Overall it was a perfect spot for our family, it’s our second time staying here and will be booking again for next year.

Positive: Fantastic location, close to the beach, tram & shops without being overly crowded nor noisy. Resort facilities were terrific. The swimming pool & BBQ area are amazing. Sufficient parking for standard 4WD. The unit was spacious & comfortable.
Negative: The unit could do with a little TLC, whilst it catered for our needs, there were little things that could be attended to.
