Positive: We loved the heated pools and the hot tubs.. the splash zone and the cocktails. It was a perfect getaway. The rooms were comfortable. There was a washing machine and dryer to do my laundry while there. There's a Woolworths metro really close by for all your essentials. Plenty of bbqs located around. The deck is a outdoor style restaurant inside the hotel, serves some great foods, cocktails, ice cream and slushies. You can walk to the beach but we unfortunately arrived when they were all closed. 😂 There's an adult's only pool and hot tub if you're kid free too. But I think it's definitely geared towards family. The staff are all friendly and wonderful and you just feel like you could stay forever.. it's like a home away from home with extra bonuses.

Negative: There are a lot of stairs. So if you struggle with stairs just keep that in mind.

Positive: Bistro was excellent and beautiful settings however gardens need tidying up - lots of foliage falling from trees. Pool, spas, sauna and waterpark were great but not for smaller children as parents could not accompany them on slides. One of the spas did not work for 3 days

Negative: Dirty cleaning cloths left in unit and shower in the bath wasn’t ideal and no offer of clean towels for a weeks stay. Needed to head indoors at about 7pm every night as playing games and cards upset the permanent residents - I thought this was a holiday resort.

Negative: The main bedroom light did not work. It needs to be fixed now. One hairdryer was broken it needs to be replaced. Both sets of curtain did not fully cover the windows in main room. They need to be replaced. Had pool lights at night and sun in the morning, not good enough for price.

Summary: We enjoyed the trip, but the curtains not covering the window was very annoying.

Positive: My 4 year old thought the main water park was awesome, however I also think it's due for a revamp. The pools seemed relatively clean and well mantained. We liked that there was a variety of different water slides across each pool so you had a few options especially if you wanted to avoid crowds. Staff were super nice and seemed on top of bookings.

Negative: The room was not very well maintained. Our bathroom had a red hair dye stain on the counter and there were several signs of aging, like cracks in walls and foundations and broken towel racks. The linens on the beds were comfy and well-laundered, but the mattress's springs were so hard I found it difficult to sleep.

Positive: Close to everything. Very spacious townhouse for family of 6. Washing machine and drier its available in the unit.

Negative: No fresh towels or linen given we stayed for 7 nights. I have to washed it and dry. Have to buy your own washing detergent and dishwashing liquid/tabs. No plastics provided for the rubbish. You have to clean the unit yourself. Overall, the unit is dusty under the bed and chairs we found rubbish, swimmer and jewelry.

Summary: I won't be staying again.

Positive: We loved the facilities, especially the pools, restaurant and BBQ areas. Having a washer and dryer in the room and a supermarket within walking distance was really convenient, and the two bathrooms were a great bonus. The arrival food package was generous, and the Stay & Play package with complimentary deck drinks and Turtle Club passes for the kids made our stay even better.

Negative: The beds were uncomfortable. We had two apartments with a group of 8 and we all felt the same.
