Travel Purpose: business
Positive: I didn’t stay at chalet de l’empereur. Due to some unforeseen issue the chalet wasn’t available so the hosts took me to another property they rent. This one could sleep 7 people and was well equipped with a lovely outside space.
Negative: Although I didn’t stay in chalet l’empereur but an alternative property, the hosts messaged me after I booked to remind me to bring my towels and bedding. This is unexpected for me as every holiday let I have so far used supplied these. Fortunately I was travelling by car and could bring them. Sometimes though I fly on similar trips and bringing these extra items could be a problem.
Summary: Alternative property provided but it was very nice, probably better.
