Positive: Thomas was a great host, really friendly and helpful. The location is great with lovely views, relatively quiet as away from the main road, but an easy walk into town. The fresh bread every morning was a nice touch. We had 14 adults with bikes, but we could have easily accommodated more. Loads of space in rooms, kitchen, bike store and living spaces. Also lovely deck for bbqs or just chilling after a busy day. Lots of parking for 5 cars too. A+++++

Positive: One week of cycling in the mountains the second week of June with a group of friends knowing each other for a long time. It's an annual tradition since more than 15 years. France was always the preferred destination, this year was the first time we decided to conquer the mighty Dolomites. We couldn't be more happy. Selva di Val Gardena is a wonderful place and the house we rented second to none. Thomas and his dad are very friendly people, we immediately felt at home. The basement for the bicycles is amazing, each room has its own bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen, nice living room and huge terrace all offer fantastic mountain views. Everything is incredibly clean and last but not least everyday at 7am the local baker is delivering fresh bread and sandwiches, all included in the price. Value for money is amazing, you won't be disappointed when spending your holidays in a very nice house in one of the most wonderful places in Europe if you love nature and cycling.
Negative: Everything was perfect, in all the years me and my friends are renting a place in June for our annual cycling holiday we never stayed in such a nice house as this one. Everything was really beyond expectations.
