Summary: Location was good but not on the sunny side of the mountain meaning it becomes chilly after 18:00. The small studio below felt moist, ventilation is a burden. Kitchen equipment was mediocre. We bought our own glasses to accommodate our simple needs for drinking. The bed mattress was too soft for most of our party. The TV seating area is now a square lounge. Not pleasing the elderly. We did manage to spend a nice holiday but some practical and comfortable updates would make the difference!

Summary: Die große Wohnung war insgesamt gut. Die Wohnung im Souterrain war etwas ungepflegt. Kaminofen, wie in Beschreibung angegeben, gab es nicht. Verstopfung des Duschabflusses wurde durch den Eigentümer relativ schnell beseitigt.

Summary: Ondanks 2 gps systemen ( waaronder Google) in de auto konden wij het adres niet te vinden. Pas nadat wij het een paar keer gevraagd hadden ( vlak vóór het benzinestation links naar boven) kwamen wij aan bij een heerlijk chalet. De accommodatie vonden wij fantastisch! Wát een práchtig ruim balkon en ook aan de zijkant van het huis is een fantastische ruimte gecreëerd. Bedden en kamers príma! Omdat wij al wat ouder zijn vonden wij het jammer dat de bank was weggehaald en daar een lounchebank voor in de plaats is gekomen. Fijn voor jongeren, hoor. De omgeving is prachtig en je zit er super rustig maar écht wel wat verder verwijderd van de skigebieden..... Wij hebben voornamelijk geskied in Kössen ( kleine 30 min. rijden.) Heerlijke traditionele gemütliche sfeer zonder harde muziek vonden wij, en voor ieder wat wils. Zoek je meer uitdaging en een groter skigebied dan zit je wel ongeveer 1 uur in de auto naar bijv. Söll. Dat is dan de dichtstbijzijnde mogelijkheid. Zéker ook heel gezellig! ( vonden wij...-)

Summary: der Zugang zum Haus per Auto und zu Fuss war erschwert, der Weg war schlecht geraeumt und wir haben viele Stunden mit Schneeschippen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt.

Summary: Prachtig appartement. Mooi ruim, modern ingericht. Voor elk moment van de dag een terras ter beschikking in zon of schaduw. Vaatwasmachine, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, waterkoker allemaal aanwezig. Veel borden en bestek. De Wifi viel erg tegen helaas. Contact met de verhuurder was er niet de sleutel stak bij aankomst op de deur en een begin- en eindcontrole of een praatje waren er niet bij. Veel wild gezien rondom het huis. Jammer dat er geen goede plaats is waar je 's morgens en 's avonds je hond even uit kan laten je loopt óf langs de weg, óf je zit in de wei van een boer. Prachtige omgeving.

Summary: Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Kurzurlaub. Das Chalet liegt sehr Idyllisch auf knapp 900 Metern. Wir hatten einen kleinen Hund dabei, daher störten uns die beiden Tretminen der Vormieter nicht, wir haben die einfach selber weggeräumt. Ein Staubsauger wäre wünschenswert. Die Vermieterfamilie ist total nett. In der Umgebung hat man viele Ausflugsziele. Aber auch das Verweilen auf der Veranda ist sehr entspannend. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Summary: Das Chalet liegt auf über 1000 Metern sehr ruhig, mit nur wenigen Häusern in der unmittelbaren Nähe und hat für unsere Reisegruppe von 7 Personen mehr als ausreichend Platz geboten. Das Haus bietet einen großen Garten, einen phantastischen Balkon, der auch eine WindWetter geschützte Sitzecke bereit hält. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter könnte man die Zeit gut verbringen, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Sitzmöbel sind zum Teil Neuwertig. Einige Betten waren eher mit straffen Matratzen ausgestattet, andere mit sehr weichen - da war für jeden etwas dabei. Aufgrund der Lage ist die Netzabdeckung nur sehr gering, so dass Telefonate über Mobilfunk zwar kein Problem darstellen, Datenverbindungen sind hingegen nur sehr langsam. Dafür Natur pur mit einem schönen großen Grill und einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir hätten unseren Urlaub sehr gerne verlängert und haben das Chalet bereits weiterempfohlen.

Summary: Prachtig ruim huis, met 4 personen het gehele huis gehuurd. We kwamen aan in een witte wereld, prachtig. Het huis is erg mooi en ruim, de omgeving is rustig en vlakbij een natuur gebied. We zijn elke dag naar het Skiwelt wilder kaiser brixental. 40 min rijden. Echt een aanrader. De honden vonden het ook geweldig
